Please help for Intel D975XBX BIOS OC configures

I used to pair up my CPUs with Asus boards, but this time, I got Intel D975XBX(mod) and E4300. This's the first time I've got to deal with Intel board with OC. That makes me confused. Can somebody help me out for this? Thanks!

help is no problem, but I need to know what and where you are confused and also, you mean the XBX or XBX2?
