Help with MSI 975X 2.b

Need help with this board, for about 12 hours of running after I dropped the cpu in, it ran flawless at 400mhzx9 4:5 divider. No it wont do anything over 266mhz with 4:5 divider, I've tried every single one and they're broken. :(

I need good bios, but I cannot flash 975X 2.1 bios onto board, only bios I have is 5.06B which came on it. :(

You can refresh your BIOS to 7.11, it fixed some bugs , but you have to update it with floppy or USB device which can boot your computer.
