hard drive question

i was put the old hard drive(SATA) which contains the old data from the old pc(window XP), and put it into the new computer (vista 32bit) after computer ran about 2 minutes the computer automatic shut down. Then i turned the computer back again then the old hard drive did not work ever again. did i do something wrong?

I do not think so, the hard drive is not the reason caused pc restart, you can try to scan the old hard drive in different pc. what will happen if you start the new pc without old hard drive?
您还是把自己的配备列清楚,是看不到旧的硬盘.还是重新启动PC, 硬盘连转的声音都没有,那样硬盆就挂了.
