Actually there are couple secondary factors inside of that expert board ; and all for those setting options are all out of even power users knowledge base. Such as all the channel driving strength. you messed up the sequencial settings , you won't see any booting signal at all. Be sure read the postcode, so then you will have the big picture that what is the problem of the categories you can work out.:)
