Thank you for using Iomega's Online Support Services. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced using your Iomega product.
I understand that you had some Floptical disks that were improperly coded as DVD+R 8X.
Support for the Floptical product is handled through Comet Enterprises. They can be contacted in Europe at 001-801-436-0000 or by fax at 001-801-436-0010.
Comet's website is http://www.cometenterprises.com/.
Your Reference ID is ??????-?????? and you will need to quote this number in any further correspondence regarding this incident with Iomega customer support.
In order to respond to you as efficiently and quickly as possible, you may receive subsequent responses from different Iomega agents. To ensure proper routing of your email, please do not modify the email subject field of any subsequent reply to Iomega Support.
