homemade computer problem please help..

this is my first time to build a computer...when I finish put all the parts together then turned on the computer, and the computer kept beeping nonstop not even show anything on the monitor.


VGA EVGA 320-P2-N811-AR 8800GTS

Seagate Barracuda 320GB Hard Drive SATA 3Gb/s, 16MB Cache

Intel Core 2 Duo E6750

ASUS P5N-E SLI Socket 775 Motherboard, nForce 650i

ULTRA power supply 600watt

Corsair 2gb ddr-800 6400

yes i did..i connected every thing in

Long continuous beeps: DRAM not installed correctly, bad memory, or incompatable
Short continuous beeps: Bad power supply
troubleshooting dead computer without spare part is most difficult thing to do,
try one stick memory, try different video card.double check all the connection, 24 and 4 pin for mother board, make sure nothing short out, stand off is in ine with screw hole.
if you want to make sure power supply is working, just short green wire with black wire , the fan should start spin. good luck !
