5G烧机就直接烧了，我能上已经很勉强了。

I have got a E8600 too...

It can run 4500mhz @ 4.16V

I have spent 3 days on how to push it to 5Ghz...

In the bios, if i am over 1.6V the bios always says over voltage (Rampage Formula)

I scare and i didnt add more voltage in it...

Will it because my E8600 isnt very healthy?

I have no idea what you 're talking about..
if you are running under RF, then you probably need to update bios to 0408 or even 0410.
