以前有同樣需要有找到教學您參考看看吧
首先把 VCD 裡的 DAT 檔先轉成 MPG 檔.
(有釵h免費軟體可以用, 例如 : ISOBUSTER, dat2mpg-b.zip, dat2mpg.zip, MPEGTool 等等.)
用 VirtualDub 讀進此 MPG 檔, 再選擇 File -> Save WAV便可以了.

有了 WAV 檔, 再用燒錄軟體把 WAV 檔燒成 CD 音軌.
