可以更新的版本
記得關掉C-STATE C3 C6 (不關會掉速，這應該大都知道了...)
記得更新完清空BIOS
雖然不能在當作系統碟之下更新有點不便
不過弄個Win PE之類的開機光碟就可以用來更新了(記得連網)
