please help me with overclock

I wanna over clock my cup and memory, but I have no experience about it. I'm using E6750 cpu and motherboard ASUS P5N-E SLI. do I choose the AI over clock or turn everything myself? If turn everything myself, how to set it? same as the memory.

also I have problem setting up the memory timing, how to set? I only know is good to set the memory to 4-4-4-12 -2.1 volts. no idea where to set these things.
I'm using CORSAI TWIN2X2048-6400C4

1 refer to your Mobo Manual !!
2 set AI Tuning to [Manual], then you have the access to each parameter. you could leave it [auto] unless you'd like to specify it. This is also true to the parameters of memory.
3 for your 6400C4( 2nd picture) set tCL 4-tRCD 4-tRP 4-tRAS 12-CMD 2t and leave Advanced Memory Settings [Auto]

!!Most important!!
your Corsair 6400C4 should be Sli-Ready, you could set this INSTEAD.

Sli-Ready Memory [enabled]

after I set all the memory timing tCL 4-tRCD 4-tRP 4-tRAS 12-CMD 2t... I'm keep getting this blue screen. is it wrong to set the CMD to 2t? or other problem...I'm using vista 32bit and i have 4 ram 4GB(only have 3 some GB ram show on computer).I had used memtest to test each two ram and found no problem. however, when i test them with 4 ram all together memtest found problem occured.
