Dear Sir,
Please kindly keep your receipt to validate your warranty claim. 8MB
drives have a 3 years warranty for them. Thank you.

後來又回信再問了過一年後的保固上的問題
回應如下:
Dear Sir,
Please do not worry about the warranty. We will look into the issue for
you. In the meantime, please keep the receipt for verification. Even
without the receipt, we can still validate the warranty based on the 8MB
cache of the drive that you have. Thank you.
