I think the chipset on the board is nForce5 (nV renews the name to make more $$$ :D )

What is going to happen with this combination (AM2+DDR-II)??

-Single chip solution improves heat dissipating performance.
-Extremely extendable platform; with more than 32 PCIe Lanes in single chip, the board provides extreme large bandwidth for SATA, SAS adapters and etc.) :D
-DDR-II modules requires less voltage than traditional DDR modules but with larger momery bandwidth.
-Lastly, this is the platform I've been waiting & I'm going to get it for sure. ;nq;

I got the message from net that the AM2 socket has over 1000 and near 1200 pins. CPU needs more pin to be GND used pass high frequency noise when it works on higher clock.
but CPU in above pic only less than 1000 pins. It is alike as socket 939. What happen?
