To tort a patent right

Recently, i am quite care about Mainboard's Fan. Dut to i prefer to get a slient environment :MMM: . I don't like the fan for speeding too faster and cause noise. As i know, most of the mainboard manufacturers have started to use the Heat Pipe to instead of Fan. On my personal situation, i like this idea very much. I have a question about this Heat Pipe idea. Every mainboard's menufacturers have followed this idea and all do the same thing on their own motherboards. Althought, the Heat Pipe and heatsink's shape might be difference between other. But the idea still same with other. Does this will cause someone tort a patent right problem? I am quite confused about this part.

i thought those Heat Pipe have the same efficiency to release the "hot"
i recommend that you could install a system Fans(low rpm and low DB) with your plaform.
or you also could consider the water cooling system
