Yes, this is the 64-bit version and will only run on a 64-bit machine. If you're not sure that you can run this, then you probably can't. (and maybe you shouldn't either? :-P)

Instructions:
Burn ISO to a DVD and boot the machine from the DVD.
CD-KEYs from build 5243 work. Here's one:

Its the 32 Bit version. The 64 Bit is out but i don't need or want it so whatever.
As for the install:
Installs beautifully much faster than the last release.
You can use the Product key from 5342 during setup
Sidebar has been fixed (slideshow and overall loading speed) and they have added new gadgets for it as well.
Overall it seems much faster and definately the most stable yet. Looks like M$ is about ready for a public beta release.
