一再延期的X25-M G3,以及Crucial RealSSD C400又遲遲未到貨,已經擾亂了我的升級計劃,直到今星期見到Intel G3正式出貨,唯有先入手Intel G3。

Intel G3已正式改名為Intel SSD 320,但包裝盒和G2並沒有大分別,甚至連所用的Controller也一樣,SSD型號結尾仍採用G3為Product Code。

測試到這裡大家可能已經發現了一個問題,就是拿Intel H67 On-Board Raid來接G3

120GB x 4 Raid 0時,H67的效能表現已顯得有點力不從心,當到了G3 120GB x 5

Raid 0時情況就更加明顯,已不能把G3 120GB x 5 Raid 0該有的效能完全釋放出來,

而且在超過700MB/s開始的高速讀寫時CPU的使用率亦越來越高,當讀取速度達1GB/s

時CPU的使用率更高達接近30%,但以On-Board Raid來說H67 PCH的整體表現仍是較上

一代的ICH10R來得好一點。

由以下Intel所公佈的數據來看,G3 80GB的寫入壽命由X25-M G2的7.5TB提高到10TB,約有33%升幅,而G3 120GB寫入壽命則由11.25TB提高到15TB,升幅同樣達33%,看來Intel在改善寫入算法方面下了不少功夫。

破千了 真是可怕的數據 6顆的話可能就要購入陣列卡了吧 不然效能應該會打折
