yes, the Cross V Formula-Z is the best AMD motherboard ever. But there is a few issues with BIOS (after OC), I think, will be fixed soon. Memory OC for me look simillary, CPU OC a bit better. And o fcourse, post display, LN2 jumper, slow mode boot :) etc.

how good is it in superpi at 4 GHz? I think, RAM at this will be no problem over 2400 MHz (with right memory modules)
