@ alt51 my i7-2600K ES can do also x51 multiplier, but these CPUs are at some frequencies locked... some can do x51 and some only x46, i don´t know if it is a Bios or CPU bug but it doesn´t matter which mainboard i use. i tried with Gigabyte P67A-UD4, Intel DP67BG, MSI P67A-GD55, ASUS...

i think CPU-Z shows the wrong CPU.. it can only be a i7-2600S

No, it´s a locked chip. looks like a normal Core i9 (no Xeon or Extreme Edition) Q3QR = 3.07GHz and locked Q3QP = 3.07GHz and unlocked i think retail will much better (or next Revision), Clarkdale did also a big Jump from Stepping 1 to Stepping 2 ;em03;

Hi, its Q3QR (new 3.07GHz sample) ;) Q3E2 and Q3FE are unlocked 2.4GHz samples :) btw 4.5GHz wprime (air cooled)

tested more BCLK, also air cooled

air cooled 4.81GHz SuperPi 32M run (~20°C room temp / Noctua NH-U12P SE2 cooler) no tweaks, low clocked uncore & memory.

No, it´s Q3QR ;) i heard about Q3QP but i don´t know what samples these are. I have also Q3QS but thats only 2.53GHz Samples. short test on air, no tweaks and low clocked memory & uncore (bios doesn´t support the cpu correct)
