Prestige Evergreen East Bangalore is an apartment building by the Prestige Group that hasn't opened yet. It's in Whitefield, Bangalore. This is the second part of the Prestige Raintree Park project. It has 3, 3.5, 4.5, and 5 BHK homes that are all very roomy and range in size from 2800 to 3000 square feet. The project is on 28 acres and has 12 blocks with 19 or more floors, with a total of 1368 units. Prices start at Rs. 2.9 Crore and go up from there. The building will begin in January 2024, and the buyer should have ownership by June 2028. Prestige Evergreen is a high-end neighborhood in a great spot.
