電腦出現藍底白字錯誤訊息

BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing ,if you need
to use safe mode to remove or disable components,restart your computer
,press F8 to select advanced startup options,and then select safe mode

這台是小弟朋友的電腦，他說這2天打電動又開音樂偶爾會跳成藍天白雲如上面訊息
據他述說 自從藍天白雲後 開FOXY下載 幾乎都不會動！
不知道有誰有這樣的案例可以幫忙告知如何解決！

所以我才想不到問題在哪
而且不是每次都會藍白
隨機的~

可能的原因非常多......。
藍畫面下面會有一排類似0x0000007e之類的代號數字
以後遇到的時候先把那串數字抄起來，放進Google或是放來本站詢問吧！
整個藍畫面真正有用的只有那一行XD

不然先把顯卡&CPU調預設值不超頻看看......。
