Corsair has announced the fastest Dominator GTX DDR3 module up to date - the CMGTX6 1GB module capable of running at 2625MHz.
The new CMGTX6 has been hand screened to operate at 2625MHz, and is also rated at 2600+MHz when made to work in dual-channel mode. The latencies of this module at 2625MHz are 9-11-10-30 and it needs 1.65V. The modules are tested on Gigabyte's P55 motherboard and Intel Core i7-860 and i7-870 CPUs.
The module is cooled by Corsair's DHX+ heatsink and is currently listed at Corsair's online store at US $175. You can find it here (https://shop.corsair.com/store/item_view.aspx?id=1542371).
