All you need are two things
1. Liquid eletrical tape:

this thins is the easiest way to do that.
below is the example I did for viddax^2, you need to use normal electrical tape covered the socket to avoid that get into socket ,or your CPU wont boot. after 1~2 hours, when it dry,(you can peel it anytime if you are not satisfy) you can now use insulation tape order from PCICE to cover the area you apply the Liquid eletrical tape on.

and you can still see some extra app area.
